This video clip is from May 2008. Having problems with a dog we named “Scratch” cause it was always scratching,pooping and no cleanup, and barking continually and trying to bite us through the fence during lawnwork. We put a security camera up and noticed the dog’s owner continually peeping in our windows. These are the same verbally abusive,violent morons that are harrassing the homeowner in the Parkersburg City Police Cease and Desist video where they are slandering and using profanity on the homeowner. In this segment he says,”Don the camera is pointed right here”-as he looks into the window. A few months after this, the peeping tom calls Parkersburg Police Dept. and says the security camera is videoing a child in his bedroom and officer Ben Ward searches the mans house and tells the owner to remove the camera immediately or be arrested. A Federal judge later determined Ward had “no probable cause “to search the house in regard to a security camera inside a house. Ward has to prove that the owner voluntarily consented to let him search yet the homeowner complained to numerous agencies including the PPD that Ward used threats and lies to enter the house . Ward’s initial police report of Sept. 2008 is on this channel under Santa claus Ward #50. Ben Ward’s affidavit of December 2010, where he says Libert’s camera was legally placed, is a direct contradiction of his police report of 2 years previous is also on this channel. Parkersburg PD bends over backwards to accommodate a hillbilly let’s them file false reports the works, then hassles the innocent people and the criminals don’t have to answer for their actions. The man in the film(despite him telling the cops he is a (child?) plainly tells a lie-knows where the 100% legal camera is and tells the cop something different-the cop admits the report is false-then does nothing- even misfiles the original complaint falsely to cover for the uncivilized hicks!

They plainly took sides according to Judge Goodwins’ decision. Maybe the 2 officers did these type of things themselves so they thought everyone else did too.

Ward and the lazy fart PPd’s were tired of the hillbillies complaining about the camera so they sent “the Hitman” Ward around to make the homeowner remove once and for all. ‘Two Faced” George Fox told the homeowner he would file a complaint about the ‘no probable cause” illegal search and Ward’s action. Two Face George did -against the homeowner-see his report on this channel. Bet he had just a great hardy-har -har and another creme filled on this one.

seems like Scratch is having some issues with the residents living in the tires! in appalachia everybody knows you stack a new tire each year to record the kids new growth heights and to save the 5.00 recycling fee (a pack of smokes!) Ward claimed Libert welcomed him into the house for the search. He is a LIAR!! These videos are backed up with Ward’s original police report and his affidavit of 2 years later where he tries to lie his way out!! Citizens Investigor of Terre Haute, Ind. did alot of free work substantiating this case and reviewed the video more of which will be released later. These cops are so used to getting away with this BS that they started to get really sloppy.
