i used to work out at the gym late at night.. theres always that eerie feeling so i never really have the balls to stay for long.

This is definitely authentic, you can tell by the transparency of the apparition that cannot be fabricated through any media trickery – even the most sophisticated of technology cannot produce the fluid movements of the ghost as seen in this clip. It begins to appear in some kind of human form then reduces size to that of what appears to be a small dog from what I can tell. Not a scary ghost though, just a really fascinating one who can shape-shift!
